UKTradesHub operates an online platform that connects homeowners seeking trade services with independent trade professionals ("tradespeople" or "contractors"). We are a platform operator only — we are not a trade business and do not employ or subcontract any tradespeople.
All contracts for trade work are formed directly between homeowners and tradespeople. UKTradesHub is not a party to those contracts.
To use most features of the platform, you must register an account. You must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must not share your login credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Paid tier subscriptions (Pro and Premium) are charged monthly. Payment will be taken on the same day each month. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
Free trial periods (where offered) convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless cancelled before the trial end date.
We do not guarantee the availability of tradespeople in any area, the quality of any work carried out, or that any tradesperson will accept any particular job. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UKTradesHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of earnings, property damage, or any disputes between homeowners and tradespeople.
Our total liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.
You must not use the platform to submit false job requests, harvest contact data, harass other users, circumvent subscription fees, or engage in any fraudulent or illegal activity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms without notice.
All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos and software, is owned by or licensed to UKTradesHub. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our express written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will give registered users reasonable notice of material changes.
